Digital Innovation Ascend (DIA)
DIA is a blended learning journey for LC3 leaders on the topic of digital innovation. DIA consists of virtual learning elements with a 2-day in-person training. The next DIA is scheduled for May 2023, check our DIA website for the new dates.

Sample projects and offers

Over the past 2 year we collaborated with many Business Units within Lufthansa Group to expand innovation structures, methodologies, culture and mindset across our 3 pillars:
Since 2020, we have hosted more than +35 Xpert Insights with more than 2000 participants in our Innovation Community on Yammer which developed into a community of >800 members from 18 BUs covering a total of 2500 learning hours.
#ScaleOut
Since 2021 we started offering bookable ongoing training programs for Lufthansa colleagues and leadership with a capacity to train +250 people in innovation capabilities per annum. Trainings, such as Digital Innovation Ascend, are offered on a regular basis.
#LevelUp
In 2020, we helped Eurowings Discover scale from 50 to +300 people while shaping their culture and rethinking their organization as a truly digital- and customer-centric airline. With a strong Employee Value Proposition, we built a holocratic Circle organization.
#ShapeShift
We have inspired +20 formats with Lufthansa teams and leadership speaking about innovation, culture change and future-fit organizations, for instance at LCAG’s International Cargo Exchange with +300 participants in 2021.

In 2022, we accompanied Lufthansa Cityline on their 100-day journey to become a purpose-& value driven organization with a renewed Purpose and company values to shape Cityline as a continuous future-proof and resilient airline.

Currently, we are working with VO/J to strategically re-build and shape the Innovation Management at Lufthansa Group to enable innovation at scale and pace across BUs, in which we incorporate our expertise in designing and building innovative organizations.

Manager Transformation

Builds the bridge to the Lufthansa Group to drive digital innovation and innovation culture by transferring our knowledge, experiences and ways of thinking in a scalable way through platforms, workshops and trainings. Chi is our expert for building and using the neXus Platform, helping you to realize your full innovation potential.
Florian Brückner
Director Transformation

With 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation and innovation across multiple industries working with corporates and start-ups alike, Florian helps organizations rethink their entire operating model and organizational structures for more customer-focus, agility, resilience and innovation potential.
Constanze Bashir
Senior Manager Transformation

Constanze is passionate about different forms of organization – always asking how can we design the workplace of the future. She carries our insights, new ways of working and methods around organisational development from the tech world into the LHG and develops based on that consulting formats to re-think the status quo.
Christoph Volbers
Manager Transformation

Loves enable organizational development of people and culture in the context of innovation. With his background in Innovation Management and Design, Christoph brings in a deep understanding from different angles of innovation. He uses his coaching- and work experience to create digital formats, trainings and workshops that foster transformation.
Anita Wölk

Anita shapes innovation skills and mindsets of individuals and teams in LHG by imparting methods in the form of learning journeys, coaching formats, communities and platforms. As a psychologist, she understands what it takes to change mindset and behaviour towards moreinnovation.

Coralie Moore
Senior Learning Experience Designer

Cori has 10 years of experience in research-driven innovation, facilitating innovation processes for large multi-nationals, to public sector clients and everything in-between. Through this experience she knows behaviours and approaches that recur in successful innovative and motivated teams, and has focused her attention on Organisational Design and Learning Experiences. She leads our Learning Portfolio, striving to equip leaders and teams at LHG with the toolsets and mindsets to shape the future.
